Last year at the drag strip I managed a 12.00 run and did not live it down for the whole winter, this year I have had issues with things breaking... namely my engine, clutch items yada yada yada.... Last night I managed 1.57 60ft & 11.83 @ 116mph.
Finally all the 11 sec jokes can stop! :-)

A man once asked me if I took certain things seriously. I guess I made it
seem like I didn't, but I do. Now people tell me I take things too
seriously, but they don't understand. They don't care either. I don't feel
they respect or understand what I'm trying to achieve. Perhaps it is their
own sense of failure that is trying to sustain and validate itself.
